Terms of study.

The official registered business name is Mind Waypoint. The studio address is 88 Jungang-daero, Jung-gu, Daegu, 41931. Email info@mindwaypoint.click. Telephone 053-421-8843. By reserving a seat, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting, you accept these terms.

The service you are booking

Mind Waypoint provides technical analysis training: chart reading, risk management, and help writing a trade plan. A sitting produces notes, a workbook, or a size card, depending on the chair you reserved. You place your own orders with your own broker. The studio does not manage capital, does not hold client funds for trading, and does not send a list of buys for the next session.

Posted fees on the rates page are the fees for the described chair. A private date outside the calendar is quoted by email before you pay. Bank transfer details are sent after a seat is confirmed. The website itself does not take payment.

Your part

Give a name and email we can answer, arrive at the time posted, and bring the paper log when the sitting asks for one. English is the language of the room. If you need to cancel or move a chair, use the timings on the refund page. Behaviour that stops other people from hearing a sentence — shouting over the board, recording the room without agreement — ends the sitting for that person, and the refund page then applies as a no-show or a partial sitting, depending on how much of the work was done.

Intellectual property

Workbook text, board methods, printed chart packs prepared by the studio, and the field notes on this site belong to Mind Waypoint. You may keep and use your own completed plan, your size card, and your personal marks. You may not copy the workbook for a class of your own, republish the field notes as your material, or sell recordings of a sitting. A plan written in your handwriting is yours, including after you leave Jung-gu.

Markets and liability

Charts and size arithmetic describe a method. They do not describe what price will do tomorrow. Trading can lose money, including more than a planned R when a gap jumps a stop. Mind Waypoint is not liable for trading losses, missed fills, broker outages, or decisions you make after you leave the room. Where the law allows a limit, the studio’s liability for a sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law refuses to limit, including liability for intentional harm.

Acceptance and changes

The terms you accept are the ones posted on this page on the day your deposit or full fee is paid. If we change the terms later, the change applies to sittings booked after the new text is posted. A sitting already paid for keeps the cancellation rules that were posted when you paid, so a tighter refund rule cannot be applied backwards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Daegu, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim in another Korean court. The studio’s language for these terms is English. If a Korean translation is provided later, the English text is the one used for bookings made through this site.
