Refund requests go to info@mindwaypoint.click or 053-421-8843. Include the name on the booking, the sitting, and the dates. The studio confirms by email.

Trade Plan Studio

The fee is ₩640,000. A deposit of ₩190,000 holds the seat. Eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to the first evening.

• Ten or more days before the first evening: the amount you have paid is refunded in full, including the deposit.
• From nine days before the first evening until the morning of the day before: half of the full studio fee is kept, and the rest of what you paid is refunded. If you have paid only the deposit, the deposit is kept and nothing further is charged.
• If you cancel inside 48 hours of the first evening, or you do not attend the first evening, the deposit is kept. Any tuition paid above the deposit is refunded except where the workbook has already been printed with your name, in which case ₩40,000 of the fee is kept for that print.
• After the second evening, the studio fee is kept. The plan review has started, and the remaining evenings are part of a sequence that cannot be resold as a fresh seat.

One reschedule of the whole studio onto a later posted set is free if you ask at least seven days before the first evening and a seat exists. A second move is treated as a cancellation. Work already marked in your workbook is not restarted from evening one inside the same fee.

Chart Reading Evening

A single Thursday seat is refunded in full if you cancel before 15:00 on that day. After 15:00 the charts are printed and the seat fee is kept, including a no-show. A block of four Thursdays (₩170,000) follows the same clock for each evening: an evening cancelled before 15:00 that day is refunded as one quarter of the block. Evenings already attended are kept.

Position Size Desk

You may move the ninety minutes once, without a fee, if you ask at least 48 hours before the desk. A second move, or a cancellation inside 48 hours, keeps the full desk fee. If you do not attend, the fee is kept. If the studio cancels, you may take a new time or a full refund.

The forty-minute follow-up inside the Trade Plan Studio fee can move once with 48 hours’ notice. It is not refunded as cash if you skip it; it simply lapses three weeks after the last evening.

Pre-Market Briefing Circle

The circle is sold as eight mornings. If you cancel ten or more days before the first morning, the fee is refunded in full. Between then and the first morning, half the fee is refunded. After the first morning, unused mornings are not refunded, because the set is a single term and the empty chair cannot be filled at 08:05. If the studio cancels a morning, that morning is added at the end of the set or one eighth of the fee is refunded, at your choice.

No-shows

A no-show is an empty chair without a message before the cutoff above. The fee for that chair is kept. Write or telephone if a train or an illness is the reason and you are inside the window; we would rather move a Thursday than keep a fee for a person stuck on the way to Jung-gu.

Materials

Printed workbooks and named chart packs are prepared for a person. Once printed, their cost is handled as in the studio rule above. Blank paper in the room is not billed separately. Nothing is shipped to a home address.

Method and timing

Approved refunds go back to the account that paid, by bank transfer, within ten business days of the confirmation email. If the payment arrived from an account you no longer use, tell us the replacement account in the refund request and allow a few extra days for a manual transfer. Deposits follow the same path.

Exceptions

If the studio must close the room for a building fault or an illness among the two people who run the sittings, you may move or take a full refund of the unused portion, even inside the usual window. That exception is for our closure, not for a change of mind on the morning of a desk.
