1. Line 01

   Market

   Name one market you already send orders in. A liquid KOSPI share, an index future, a FX pair you have traded for months. The plan is not a tour of everything that moved last week.

2. Line 02

   Setup

   Describe the structure in chart language: higher low, range edge, weekly swing, opening range. If the description needs a private joke, it is not ready for the page.

3. Line 03

   Trigger

   The trigger is the event that lets you send the order: a close through a level, a retest that holds, the first fifteen minutes leaving yesterday’s range. It is allowed to be boring. It is not allowed to be “when it looks good.”

4. Line 04

   Invalidation

   Write the price that proves the idea wrong before you polish the trigger. The stop order sits near that price. Reason and order stay on separate lines so the stop is not edited into a wish.

5. Line 05

   Size and the daily cap

   1R is a won amount chosen from a week you can repeat. Heat is that amount times the positions that would fail together. The daily cap ends the session when it is hit, including the news spike you were tempted to ignore.

6. Line 06

   Review

   After the close, one question: did the order match the page? If you rewrote the invalidation while the trade was open, the review says so. The follow-up desk, forty minutes inside three weeks, reads that page with you.
